COVID-19 POLICY

To all our valued clients, your comfort and safety is our main priority. In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented the following policy and COVID-19 Waiver. We are closely monitoring and following all government and CDC guidelines.

If you are not feeling well, or feel that you have been exposed to COVID-19 within the last 14 days, or have come into contact with someone who has COVID-19 within the last 14days, please reschedule your appointment, even if you do not have any symptoms.

To ensure that the stylist can work efficiently and safely without compromising themselves or others, the guidelines are as follow:

  • All services will be done on an appointment only basis with a 15min grace period. There are no exceptions unless arrangements have been made with the stylist and coincide with safety guidelines.
  • Please verify with your stylist before arriving to your appointment early. If you arrive early you may have to wait in your car until your stylist is ready to service you.
  • NO extra people or guest allowed. NO exceptions
  • All clients temperature will be checked upon entering the salon (government guidelines)
  • All clients and stylist must wear approved PPE (personal protective equipment) i.e. face covering or mask while in the salon.
  • All equipment including seating, tables, dryers, styling stations, and shampoo stations will be sanitized between each client and at the end of each day.
  • We have introduced sanitation stations with hand sanitizer. Please use them as often as necessary.
  • We are still committed to your comfort, however the common area will no longer provide for magazines, or any other frequently-touched items.

As always, a community works best when we band together and work together. Let’s make this re-opening smooth and pleasant by following all the required guidelines. We look forward to servicing you.
