Shipping Information:

  • We currently ship to the US, and all International Countries.
  • Domestic standard flat rate shipping is 5-7 business days
  • Order will be processed and shipped with 48hrs of receiving payment
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping. Once payment is cleared the order will be processed and shipped. Tracking numbers will be sent via email once a shipping label has been generated.
  • All items are sent via USPS and will require signature confirmation. Orders Placed after 5pm (CST) are considered placed the next business day.We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Holidays do not count as a business day.

Refunds/Exchanges:

  • We inspect all items as we prepare them for sale to ensure accuracy and quality. We currently offer an exchange or refund for regular priced items only. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL and can not be returned or exchanged. Item must be unopened,unused, and not tampered with. The seal or zip tie must not be removed. All tags and original packaging must be attached. We will gladly accept the return/exchange within 5 days of receiving the item (the return post mark must be within 5 days).
  • NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON SALE ITEMS. 
  • We will not accept returns for hair that has been tampered with or compromised due to chemical processing, coloring, styling, etc.
